• 22-04-29I will die on this hill, this restaurant never misses. If you ever get the pleasure of dining in, do it, the staff are great. Le Chatelaine has never disappointed. Croque monseiur, tomato basil, Caesar salad, chocolate croissant. Best meal ever.

• 22-06-10Definitely not worth the price! Please don't be like me and pay $20 for a breakfast sandwich that has one tiny sausage link in it. Plus I think a drink comes with that sandwich and mine was not included! The fruit tart didn't have much flavor. The cherry croissant was really good though. Not worth the price at all for the lack of flavor

• 23-07-16Blame it on closing time: this pricey bistro typically has knock-your-socks-off food that more than justifies the price. Not today. Order was incorrect, quality was subpar. (croque madame was so burnt on the bottom, I couldn't cut the bottom slice. Ordered a spinach quiche, got a Croque Monsieur with bottom burnt as well. The pastries were the bright spot and c'estmagnifique! I will order again based on past excellence, but had this been my first order it certainly would have been my last.

• 23-09-01The latte was spilling all over the bag rather than in a drink carrier. The two pastries were okay, but the Almond Croissant was mostly burnt. The Vegetarian Sandwich was basically just overflowing with peppers and some cheese. It felt like a waste of money.

• 25-12-04The food was mediocre at best. The Individual Fresh Fruit Tart tasted store bought and frozen. The Signature Oatmeal tasted like it was made last week, there was no structure to the oat left, completely resolved into a pile of tasteless porridge. The Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice was actually pretty good, I would get again, but that's about the only thing I'd get.
