Food was hot fresh and tasty. I was super impressed with the quality of food and the explosion of flavor. The only thing I didn't care for because I felt it was too tough and chewy was the 蔥油餅 / Green Onion Pancake . The 鹹魚雞粒炒飯 / Salted Fish ＆ Chicken Fried Rice needed a bit more seasoning. It would have been nice if it came with a squeeze of lime or soy sauce. The 鍋貼 / Pan Fried Dumplings (8) were seasoned so well and tasted delicious. the 小籠湯包 / Juicy Pork Dumplings (8) I steamed the leftovers the next day and they tasted just as good as when they were ordered. The 泰茶 / Thai Tea perfectly made and hit the spot.

The 8. Beef Wrap (6) and 1. Juicy Pork Dumplings (8) were good. I didn't get the 91. Honey Garlic Pork Chop that we ordered.

steamed coconut buns are sweet and lovely, chow 豉油皇炒麵 / Chow Mein with Soy Sauce was delicious as well. Followed instructions to leave out onion, thank you and well done!!
