I adore McAlister's they are always consistent with providing exactly what you ordered, fresh, sooooo good. And just see the picture; huge portion size. Very thankful for this location!! would reccomend !!

The cheese sauce was old and gloppy, no jalapeños. You can do better, I know it because I have had better nacho baskets at McAlister's. Next time I will get it in person to make sure it's fresh.
If it wasn't 100 degrees I would ask for a partial refund.

The mac and cheese was dry and crusty. The harvest chicken salad was wrapped so tight it was squished flat and was 90% of it was lettuce. The salad was beautiful and tasty. The Memphian was perfect.

Spud Max had literally 3 olives 5 green onion pieces, no cheese and one little piece of ham. Sandwich looks like it was ripped in half, barely toasted bread
