Burgers were excellent. The fries were pale & not crisp. We think they were undercooked. We usually love your fries & hope they will be properly prepared the next time we order them.

The Oatmeal was dry no extra water for the raisins to soften. They didn't give the almond nut mix packet, no sugar or brown sugar packet neither did they put creamer or butter for the oatmeal.

Order the Sausage Egg Cheese Bagel Meal with extra breakfast sauce and the bagel was hard, couldn't eat it and there was hardly any breakfast sauce on it, everything else was fine

Did not get ANY Sweet N Sour Dipping Sauce with my order, and I paid for/requested extra mind you .
Also they really skimped out on my Large French Fries
