The chicken fried steak with gravy was great, as always. Unfortunately, it was served with a skimpy portion of mashed potatoes. Why ruin a beautiful $18.00 fried steak dinner by serving with four tablespoons of over whipped potatoes. Potatoes are so cheap, too.

The Chicken Fried Steak was massive and delicious! Their gravy was spectacular and really gave am already amazing item that extra kick. Their Banana Pudding was the best way to finish up my meal as well. Actual banana pudding, made with vanilla pudding, wafers, and bananas!

Did I just find a new go-to spot?
We were wanting some home style, good food and Mia's delivered (literally). It all began with my wife being sick and she wanted mashed potatoes. We've ordered from Mia's before so we went to look at the menu.
Our daughter ordered the largest chicken fried steak I've ever seen. My wife got the grilled salmon plate and I got the grilled salmon salad. Both pieces of salmon arrived medium rare, as ordered, well-seasoned - perfect.
Sides of mashed potatoes, green beans and black eyed peas were excellent. Both plates came with a nice toasted, buttered piece of Texas Toast that hit just right.
Finally, the salad subbed spinach for romaine and ginger soy dressing for green goddess. Excellent.
We will order this again.

I am a food snob. When my chicken fried steak came with gravy on the side- SCORE! They knew not to drowned in gravy --that's my job . This was the best freaking chicken fried steak I've had in 20 years! Sides- The bomb! #COMFORT
