For $2 extra per taco you can get a burrito sized brisket and egg taco with actual slices of brisket from PapasBBQ, and not shavings of brisket mixed into the eggs like my recent order from The Taco Stand was. I ordered 4 egg/brisket tacos and the shavings of meat in each taco didn't even constitute one slice of brisket. The tacos from the Taco Stand were otherwise well made, fresh, and tender. Just not enough brisket in the tacos to consider them a main part of the dish, and not an afterthought.

Will not order the fish tacos again. The order was cold at pickup. Not lukewarm- cold. We were waiting on the order at the store so it should have been fresh.
