i got the Signature Gooey Pie Slice and it was tiny! so overpriced and it came frozen. was expecting higher quality for being so expensive

Name was misleading; said "chocolate covered strawberry snaps" (notice the plural) and only came with one. No where in the description does it mention quantity, nor does the picture show just one. Just a heads up that you will not get multiple (and your dasher might think your order strange, picking up what looks like an unused folded paper bag lol)

I ordered 3 cookies ... based on all of the photos I expected them  to be fresh. They were premade cookies in plastic. Super disappointed. What's the point of the new Chicago location if nothing is baked fresh here? Waste of $15
