• 22-06-14I sent thru my complaint to [email protected] to say we were utterly disappointed with the quality of the satay we received. I sent thru pictures showing the beef satay were burnt charcoal black and hard, the size of the chicken satay were tiny compared to the beef ones. It was so embarrassing when our guests themselves told us that the beef satay was tough and quite hard to eat. I didn't receive any apology for the quality of the food they sent let alone an acknowledgement of my complaint. I still have the photos I sent to them as proof of the food that I got!!!
