ordered double protein and definitely didn't get double. also the chicken seems to always have hard chunks in it that are almost bones, kind of annoying

I haven't had a bad experience here before but I asked for extra chicken and I got a sandwich full of chicken skin and some cartilage pieces. That is definitely not what I expected.

Quality is always inconsistent. The chicken was lacking flavour and no salt, almost like boiled chicken. The radish and carrots were not picked. Cilantro was not fresh and quite stale. Bread was overly oily. Inconsistent everytime. Get it together you guys!
