Ever since the OneZo downtown closed down I've been looking for a place with actually good tapioca instead of the stale, tough-cored tapioca from the likes of Chatime and others. This place hits the spot, I'm very impressed and it's gonna be my new go-to for BBT.

I always get nervous trying new bubble tea spots but WOW - I was blown away by how DELICIOUS Oishii Tea's BBT is!! The Polar Pearl Brûlée has a comforting vanilla butterscotch flavour - absolutely incredible (highly suggest trying this one if you love sweets and need a pick me up!)
The Polar Pearl Coffee Foam initially has a similar butterscotch flavour that quickly turns into a smooth strong coffee one (very good if you love that yummy coffee taste!)
The tea used for both the Brown Sugar Milk Tea Smoothie and the Earl Grey Milk Tea is flavourful and very present which is a huge plus because sometimes the actual tea flavour can get lost or too watered down.
Easily one of my new favourite spots; I can't wait to try out more of their flavours!!

Divine Fruit Tea is truly divine! Really loved it with basil seeds and jelly.
Unfortunately the store got my Earl Grey Tea completely wrong, gave me Roasted Milk Tea instead with different toppings as well.

Absolutely unimpressed, the mango milk tea was essentially just milk (check picture) even though I even paid for extra mango boba to be added. Where's the mango pulp? Where's the mango boba? I was completely ripped off. Compare it with the advertised picture which shows mango pulp across the glass. $9 for a glass of milk. The Oreo polar Pearl was bad too as there were zero traces of Oreo (in the past you'd get chunks of Oreo).

Ordered Purple Galaxy (Large) and Signature Mango Milk Tea (Large). Picked 50% sugar for both. Purple Galaxy (Large) was extremely sweet at 50% sugar that it was undrinkable. Signature Mango Milk Tea (Large) was very bad taste wise, bland and did not match the description nor the picture. It was literally just milk, ice and a squirt of mango syrup that they use for tea, which does not taste like mango. Please dont buy, waste of money.
