All the tacos and Traditional Guacamole was amazing!!! A lil pricey but its WORTH IT. P.S. get the Paladar Churros !

The shrimp ceviche arrived with a tomato red sauce lightly dressed, a bit guacamole, and three slices of plantain chips. The picture of the Shrimp Coctel Ceviche shows an entirely different dish, which is the one I thought I would be getting.
The El Cubano Sandwich was not warm, the cheese is unmelted, and it appears to have spent anytime on the press as the middle was cold.
All in all a completely disappointing experience.

Gross!! Chaufu Peruvian Rice was too greasy, and the glazed Rum-Glazed Cuban Pork was bland...Nothing authentic about this food
