The quality and taste of the food is wonderful! However, the portion sizes are less than satisfactory. I was very disappointed. For the price being charged I would expect a much bigger portion.

I'm not a big fan of soup, but when I eat it, I eat from here. HANDS DOWN best soup I've ever had! The tomato soup was creamy and tasty paired with the grilled cheese. By far the cheddar and broccoli is my hands down 10/10 favorite!

The grilled cheese and tomato soup combo was excellent. The bread was crispy and it was the perfect portion. Definitely order again!

Pro- Creamy Tomato Soup - Group was delicious .
Con- no bowls or spoons were sent, and only two napkins. What are we supposed to eat our soup with?? We are staying at a hotel. Very disappointed with this.
I thought the Chocolate Latte was too sweet, and will reduce the chocolate syrup added next time.

My experience today was anything but excellent. I ordered this because, the last time I ordered this Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup - Group family meal, I was highly satisfied.
My entire family is sick with the flu, which is why I ordered through DoorDash. I thought it was to be the perfect thing for all of us to eat, for a decent price, so none of us had to go out to the store. Our food arrived, and when it arrived, it was not the same amount of soup that I received the last time. When i ordered this last, I received a large container of soup and a small cup container of it as well. This time I only got a large container, and the package was not even full. That one container, contained mostly chicken broth.
There's absolutely no way that this meal will be feeding even two of us, let alone the four of us the description clearly states it serves. I thought maybe my Crème Brûlée Latte would have been the saving grace, however, it is clearly not full. I am so disappointed that I don't even care to taste it. The macaroni and Mac & Cheese shells are hard, and the cheese is very watery.
Now, not only are we all hungry, but one of us now has to go out to the store, with influenza B, something we were trying to avoid completely. And, we spent almost $50 on this tiny amount of food that is not going to feed all of us.
Panera, You definitely fell short this time.
I'm highly disappointed and will not be ordering from you anytime soon, and I most definitely will not order this family meal again.
