I order from Panera a lot, but I was very disappointed with this order. The salad is barely a salad, the lettuce is wilted, the avocado isn't even fresh. With how expensive the menu is, especially salads, the quality should be better.

The soup was runny, not thick and hearty like the last time I ordered. The grilled cheese was barely toasted and they gave me the wrong cookies. Very disappointed.

I ordered an array of pastries for my mom's birthday breakfast (as a surprise) and everything was perfect! :) The pastries were packed beautifully and were super fresh! My dasher went above and beyond --- thank you SO much for the amazing customer service! Great experience! :)

the meat to bread ratio is bad.... need more protein on sandwiches. plenty of spots where it was just bread. a one and done for me.
