I almost never leave reviews, however this place deserved one. All of the food is AMAZING!!! Best brisket and pork I've ever tasted along with some mind blowing sides to compliment the main proteins. I will be back to this place every time I visit Seattle now. Big ups!

The Pecos two meat combo with sides was perfect for one person to eat diner and have left overs. The bacon potato salad was bomb dot com and the cole slaw had a nice twist to it.

I have eaten here atleast ten times before writing my first review. This will be the last time I ever go here. Extremely disappointed.

My brisket taste dry and certain bits were tough/hard.

The Best of the West Mac and Cheese Bowl hardly had any cheese in or on it.

The Best BACON Potato Salad had no bacon in it or on it. Literally.

I could have made all 3 at home and I don't even cook!!!

I'm extremely dissapointed as I made  my best efforts to like this place.

This meal felt like it was slapped together with zero care like school cafeteria food. It was $18.99! Seriously.

3meat platter
 not your fault but delivered cold
expected more sweet but was over whelmed by spicy. The best ever potato bacon salad didn't even taste like potato salad.
Beans were ok. Meat and chicken was dry and chewy. Every item tasted the same. No individual crisp flavors.

Everything I got was delicious. The reason I'm leaving 4 star, is that they promote the potato Best BACON Potato Salad with having a lot of bacon. I had 6/7 tiny bits on the top. Wasn't happy with that.
