The difference between the fresh cut fries here and the fresh cut fries at five guys is penn station will leave the starch in the fries and not wash them. Now with that being said the fries from both places are nice but if youre looking for a cleaner fry i suggest going to five guys but if you want a more natural authentic fry come to penn station. The subs were great i could taste all the ingredients at one point and it was really good. The only reason im not giving it a five star review is because nowhere is perfect, but i would definitely get penn station again. I would recommend this to somebody if they like subs and fries because they make a mean sub and a mean fry.

The fries were great tasting but the amount of fries was not typical of Penn Station fries. The order of large fries didn't even fill up the container. everyone knows that when you order penn station fries, the container will be overflowing, hot and delicious. The order was definitely skimpy.

The meat on my sandwich was very skimpy, I ordered mushrooms and I think i found 4 on the whole med sand, fries were not fresh, mostly over cooked, it's not like those when you order in..??

The sandwich was fine, but my drink showed up with a busted lid. Thankfully my Dasher warned me ahead of time or I would have spilled it everywhere. Are lids really that expensive.
