Ordered delivery at suggestion of friend. My wife had the fried chicken sandwich and I had the green goddess roast chicken. Also side corn bread and cherry/pear pie. My wife loved her sandwich, which is a real compliment since she is from the South. My roast chicken was also delicious-juicy and correctly spiced. My only complaint is the picture that comes with the chicken shows a little salad on the plate with the chicken. Not taking the time to actually read the serving description, I thought I was getting greens. Wrong! Apparently the salad is considered an optional-costing extra. Not really false advertising, but not very transparent. The corn bread was good and the pie was excellent-though a little small for the cost.
I would recommend this restaurant, but warn to be attentive to descriptions-not just the pictures.

Excellent food, Chicken Biscuit was great and the sausage gravy was delicious. I just wish they put the gravy in a separate container so it wouldn't make the biscuit soggy. The Cinnamon Roll is delicious too.

Chicken tenders are absolutely perfect fresh mashed potatoes are delicious and of course the biscuits are the best in New York City

The chicken box was good. Only issue is they offer what parts of the chicken you'd like dark meat or white I picked all dark just to get home and have 2 legs and a huge breast which last time I checked wasn't dark meat so I was annoyed. Chicken is definitely cooked fresh and the cheese grits were definitely a hit for me!

We had the Tenders Box, Burnt End Baked Beans,Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes, Smoked Pork Collard Greens, Arugula Salad, Fried Chicken Thighs and a biscuit and, honestly, we loved every bite of every dish!
