This place is so delicious and refreshing! I'm picky about coffee but the sweet cream cold brew was so wonderful; just the right ratio of sweetness and natural coffee taste without being overwhelmingly sweet or bitter. The nutelloco bowl is always so perfect. Love this place!

Fresh and absolutely delicious! I also love the portion size because it's enough to hold me over for lunch, but it isn't "heavy." Playa struck the perfect balance.

This franchise has really gone downhill. They simply cannot get delivery orders right. Two orders in a row this week alone were missing ingredients... including add-ons that were paid for. The bowls are sloppily constructed and contain a notably reduced amount of base and toppings.

I had high hopes for the Booster Smoothie 20oz TPD but it was quite gooey and very blue/green. I couldn't taste the peanut butter much either.

My smoothie was so chunky it was making me cringe. But the flavor was ok-- mainly just tasted like vanilla protein powder.
