This Original Family Meal fed my family of 5. The chicken was cooked well. Rice and beans seasoned nicely. Rolls were soft and they remembered my sauces. I just wish there was a complimentary side salad.

I don't like these new Fried Yuca bites they don't taste fresh like the sticks and the texture is mushy on the inside >>think 'mashed potatoes meets tapioca'
But Cesar Chicken Caesar Salad bussing!!! Just how I remember;)

I usually love pollo tropical but today it was not good the meat tasted undercooked and mushy and they didnt give me the sauces I asked for the portion of the rice was small other than that it was good maybe today was not there day. I would still order again since it's usually good!

Will never order from this location again. The lettuce in my tropichop was extremely old. It was brown and soggy. The chicken appeared to have some parts undercooked.

The steak was overcooked and dry, the yucca was bland, and the cheesecake isn't real cheesecake - it's the whipped cream cheese + whipped cream in a crust with pumpkin. Yuck.
