Hot and fresh when delivered. Almost 5 stars, only because the hype of the commercials had be looking for that spicy bite. Unless Apollo gave me the wrong chicken, the spicy is not spicy at all. But overall, the taste was great.

This specific location of pollo tropical never fails me. The chicken is always flavorful and of good size. Doesn’t give small pieces of chicken lol. Its always fresh and steaming hot by the time it arrives to my home. Of course im ordering again!

Normally, Pollo Tropical has a filling and very tasteful meal. This meal was a failed attempt and unsatisfactory. I DO NOT recommend the Ceviche. 3 shrimp and a sliver of avocado with a bland watery taste. The quesadilla wrap was hard and the chicken was burnt like it was a rejected order that had been sitting from the time the store opened. Pollo Trooical should be ashamed of the garbage that I had to pay for. Door Dash should drop this store from their registry. If I could give this order a negative I would.
