The Italian beef used to be delicious but recently it was not made as I asked. I asked for it to be heavily dipped but instead it was dry/lightly dipped and the presentation used to be the sandwich would be wrapped rather than openly through into the container not retaining any of the gravy to be absorbed into the bread. Other than that this was the first bad experience with this establishment. I would still be a frequent customer maybe just not through uber eats.

chicken was fried way too hard!.... smh! you can definitely tell it was refried and some old grease! lll give one star for the cold Pepsi.
