The Balboa Bowl was HUGE, so much that I couldn't finish it. Very delicious and fresh tasting. The sweet potatoes were amazing! Definitely will order again!

SEAL the dang food Roots!!! My bowl came unsealed by itself- no bag in sight. Irritated because there were ants on my bowl as the food wasn't in a bag or even sealed!! Forgot my parm cheese & put half a scoop of chicken....what are ya'll doing???? $21 for a half filled bowl. If I want a half filled bowl I'll go to chipotle- at least they seal the dang bag.

Whenever I order this in store it is wonderful. When I order through Door Dash I get barely any lettuce and it's mostly rice. You need to have an order option for preferences to say I want more lettuce and less rice so that perhaps this can be avoided?

This is the second time that I ordered the Balboa through Door Dash and essentially got a $30 bowl of chicken and rice. There was no Avacado, corn, or sweet potatoes at all in the dish. The only option that I was offered was to leave work and drive to the restaurant so that they could remake my bowl. The first time I let it go because everyone can have a bad day, so I ordered it again today. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
