Shrimp Tempura wasn't made with tempura batter. Ordered Sapporo Butter Ramen and the pork was tough and was at least 1 day old . This isn't authentic Japanese Ramen and the bamboo shoots were mushy....yuck! Ended up throwing it away.

Shrimp tempura batter wasn't tempura batter
Pork in the ramen was tough and stale not freshly cooked and buttery. Also had canned sliced bamboo shoots... not authentic Japanese Ramen and not fresh!!!
