I ordered two cherry iced and got two strawberry iced. The chocolate iced had barely any icing on it. It took far too long for them to put 6 donuts in a box considering none of them were fresh and they got it wrong.

I ordered a very specific create your own box, but what I received was not what was on my receipt. I tried to call, but no one answered. The donuts were definitely not fresh also. Really disappointed.

Every time I come to this location you would think that I'm bothering them. Ordered and didn't even get the donuts I paid for. Very terrible customer service

Although the kolaches were still warm, the donuts were stale and old. They had the texture and feel of sitting in the refrigerator for a while. Guess I'll never order in the evening anymore.
