Requested well-done pizzas.  Both undercooked.  But flavor, toppings, and overall taste was excellent- would order again- if they'd just cook it!!

Fried Mozz sticks were burnt. Garlic knots were dry. Pizza was decent

When our order was delivered, we were missing the fried mozzarella. I called our driver, Brian, and he verified that he received all items given to him by Sliced Gainesville. But, he was going to go by there and grab it for us anyway - so nice!!  So, I called and spoke to Jada who said they were out of the appetizer. When I asked her why they did not substitute with something else since we were charged, she said they were very busy and that she would not have known what to give us. A simple phone call or a note on our order would have sufficed. Poor customer service and communication. Too many pizza places in Gainesville for this type of attitude
