My cold brew was perfect. Love that it was tucked nicely in the food bag on a drink carrier. Love that there was a cover on the drink spout, as well, very clever.

The Coffee and Chai Latte are perfect. but the Sausage, Cheddar & Egg Sandwich's both halves of the English muffin were hard and super rubbery definitely struggled to chew it, but that's really my only complaint

I DID NOT RECEIVE Caffè Mocha. I ALSO TEXT DELIVERER BEFORE CHAT ENDED WITH NO RESPONSE. THE STRAWBERRY AÇAÍ WAS BLAND; COULD NOT TASTE THE LEMONADE NOR STRAWBERRY.

The drink has no flavor. I think they forgot how to make it and just sent water. It's terrible.
