I paid for two medium fries and what did I receive! Two balls of mush, purely disgusting. The fries werent cooked all the way and they stupidly put it in a paper to go bag, then proceeded to put it in a plastic bag, which resulted in the bag falling apart due to steam! Not to mention, the fries they give you when you deliberately go into the store wasnt the same as the fries I got. The cheeseburger somehow was dry even though all of the condensation shouldve made it dripping wet! I will never be ordering from steak n shake again. Waste of my money, time, and enthusiasm. I got excited for food for nothing!

now that they use beef tallow to fry with, the chicken and the fries are so good. such a huge difference in flavor. delicious
