empanadas were HUGE and tasty!!! guava tarts r THE best I have had so far. sandwich was VERY tasty and the accompanying sauce had the right amount of heat, spice and taste. my new favorite cuban restaurant.

BYOP for the #1. The Cuban (El Cubano) It was average in flavor. I added my own pickles and it helped.
The black Beans (Med) were tasty but a small single serving- half liquid which is tasty over rice.
The sauce amounts are lacking. Extra mojo sauce and other sauces included are the smallest containers only half full. Order extra accordingly.

I ordered the 1/2 pound Chicharron De Puerco (FRIED PORK BELLY)Yuca RellenaPlatanos Maduros#24. Mofongo Empanadas(beef &Ropa) EVERYTHING was so good. what mae it so good you ask? The freshness! The plantains had that beautitul moisture you look for and every piece of meat had beautiful seasoning. Im from Jersey where we get Puerto Rican and Domincan food., THIS was beautful. Thank you

We ordered the #4. Pan Con Bistec (Cuba's Favorite) sandwich with fries and the #17. Arroz Con Pollo and by far it was the absolute worst that I have ever had. I have enjoyed authentic Cuban food that had flavor and was always fresh. My sandwich arrived with fries within the sandwich and very little meat. The arroz con pollo was ruined by the purple onions that had been drowned in some type of vinegar based sauce and stacked high on the meat making it soggy and the yellow rice appeared to have been sitting under heat lamps for an extended period of time. I will not order from here again because it was $52 wasted on food I can't eat and can't give to my dog. So disappointing.

The oxtail is amazing, the meat is tender and comes right off the bone and it's cooked slow to where the cartilage turns to gelatin and become like a jelly, it's put over the rice so the drippings soak into the rice and add flavor, the plantains are great the sugar in it carmelizes and tastes great and the beans are good too, overall a good amount of food, Will definitely order again.
