A cheeseburger that costs $1 extra for the cheese! Lol.
An icecream Sundae that costs extra for chocolate syrup and extra again for whipped cream. And extra for sprinkles too. So what comes on an Ice Cream Sundae? Just the ice cream for $12.95?
