They were out of Thai rolled ice cream. The dasher had the store call me and I asked for a refund. The employee said he doesn't know how and I told him other places have done refund if they are out of items. When I got the delivery (already expecting no ice cream) I noticed the fried mushrooms weren't there. Instead they gave fried zucchini which is not what I ordered. The worst part is they weren't even fried and instead just warm gross doughy breading over mushy zucchini. I took pictures and sent it to DoorDash. The support team was helpful in resolving the issue.
