Pad Thai: not too spicy, but it builds. Initial flavor has a zing of citrus. Very good.
Fried rice: more subtle. I like the mix of spices and vegetables. 
Smoothie: not subtle at all. Very fruity and bold. Highly recommend.

Overall this food was very fresh and flavorful.
