amazing quality and great mix of flavours in the rich pressed sushi. the Tasting Box is pretty complete and allows you to try many of their types. The handrolls are all great, a little bit difficult to open though but other than that they're very flavourful and fresh.

I NEVER eat seaweed salad but I tried it because I didn't want anything to go to waste and it was so good especially mixed with the "spicy" seaweed which wasn't spicy though. I definity recommend the Tasting Box , I loved everything in it, I also did the add on with the matcha cheesecake and the miso soup. The cheesecake was soooo small but so good :( I tried the Kaki (Oyster) Fry because it was a limited time offer and it was so crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside not overcooked. I can't say I would order again because it's expensive but it was worth it.

I like the way how it was arranged in the box. Only I was surprised with a small quantity of soy sauce for 8 pieces of torched sushi and 2 hand rolls. I would recommend to add more sause and ginger if portion is big. Taste was pretty good.

sushi here bring surprises, absoultely fancy. You feel the chef work when having this set. I wish I could tell what fish/ingredient was used in the set, would be great if fish is slightly thicker.
