• 25-11-20Portion and Taste was perfect. So happy to finally have a good Tonkotsu broth like it should be. Everything was fresh including the bamboo shoots and half boiled egg. My new go to place for Tonkotsu Ramen in Auburn, and of course would love to order again.

• 25-09-03Everything I ordered was delicious! The pork on the Umika Buns was tender, the salmon in my salmon rolls was very fresh, and I loved the Auburn Tiger Roll! I would definitely order again.

• 25-09-16the Tokyo Tonkotsu Ramen soup is weired, not bad but weird,over all they are acceptable but definitely not great
the Rock Shrimp is just orange chicken style sweet and sour shrimp, but definitely not a tempura
