heyo 👋 this place is the bomb. I wanna clarify some of their menu items for non-spanish speakers so you know what you're ordering! their skewer meat is just thinly sliced steak, grilled and beautifully seasoned, with a little pink in the center! it's incredibly tender and the flavor quality was just as good as if I'd gotten my steak at a steakhouse. I wish I'd ordered more 🤤. The 'salad' is just coleslaw lol. The plates say they come with Chorizo, but I actually think they're grilled eckridge smoked sausage links? Just as good as getting them at a traditional BBQ place, but definitely not the spicy Chorizo sausage you'd expect. The plate also comes with the sweet corn and cheese pancake, and oh man. SO good. After eating all the salty meat, the pancake is like a pallet cleanser. especially if you dip it in the cream. (it's like a less sour sour cream, it works well!) please order this it's SO good you will love it.
