I called ahead to ask questions and got great customer service on the phone. Shrimp Lettuce Wrap came just as described and were delicious.  Not overly salty like others, which I appreciated.

Venus Cafe is always a favorite for our family. The garlic broccoli is our main go to with any other entree. Feeling a bit under the weather the egg drop soup is perfect, mild but a great flavored broth and well mixed egg ( not too much like some other places). Shrimp fried rice was perfectly seasoned and a big hit for our family to share.

Food is absolutely delicious and the service is excellent. I originally ordered a dish that turned out to be unavailable, and the staff immediately reached out to let me know. They offered to replace it with another dish—at a higher price—but kindly adjusted it to a smaller portion for me.

It wasn’t just the tasty food or the generous portions that impressed me, but the way the staff handled the situation. Their professionalism and thoughtfulness truly made me feel happy and satisfied.

The food tasted okay enough, but it took over an hour and a half to get to us. The dasher was waiting for at least 30 minutes at the restaurant. We got the Salt & Pepper Shrimp, Broccoli Beef, and the Fried Cheese with Crab Meat Wonton. The shrimp that came was different from what is pictured, instead smaller and without tails and heads, the sauce at least tasted alright. The fried wontons are tough and chewy without much filling. The broccoli beef was alright, just not our favorite.

Nasty. Chicken was cold and undercooked. The wonton soup only had one wonton.
