I've been buying Wendy's triple burgers for years. Three thick patties with square corners. Today my burger had thin 3/16" patties that were round. Was this a substitution, or have they permanently downgraded their burgers?

I always order my cobb salad here at Wendy's and it has always been excellent in terms of portion and everything in general  but I'm shocked with what I've received today.The chicken portion was so little while I paid for an extra.I'm very disappointed.

The Chili Cheese Nachos (Cals: 380) DEFINITELY need the sauce and chese packed separately. It was oatmeal consistency  the time it arrives. Inedible.

They also forgot the croutons fo the cesare Grilled Caesar Salad (Cals: 570).
