I understand that it's late and not having the potatoes. But I didn't receive a message or call asking for substitutions. But sending 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers with one tiny piece of bacon and literally 1 slice of onion on the one sandwich is crappy. And forgot my Coke Coca-Cola® Zero Sugar

The 4 PC. Crispy Chicken Nuggets were really tiny and were more like popcorn chicken. Also I was told that I couldn't get the Brownie Batter Vanilla Frosty Swirl™ because their machine was down. This company has really gone downhill and are just as bad as McDonald's now.

The "new" Spicy Chicken Sandwich is awful. One, it's smaller and costs more. Two, the shredded lettuce is DISGUSTING. It's slimy and wilted and brown. This was a long-time favorite. Not anymore. 👎 Also, the Sour Cream and Chive Baked Potato didn't even get delivered and I only got half of its cost refunded.

The baconator as usual is the best burger on the menu at any wendys, consistent quality and freshness. Now, the new strawberry shake takes the Wendys menu to a whole other level. It's not the type of shake with bits of strawberry in it, (I don't like that personally) it's like you made a shake out of vanilla ice cream and strawberry nesquik powder. It was perfection, and I'll be very upset if this becomes an LTO item.
