Great flavor but the wings were a little dry

Not sure what it is, maybe new management? but quality of wings has gone way, way down over the last 6 months or so.  garlic parm used to be covered with parmesan cheese, garlic and more colorful green to it.  now they're practically bare - no cheese, no color, and dry.  ranch sauce cups aren't even halfway full.  each time I've ordered it's like another ingredient gets lessened or removed.  Burning by the bayou wings used to be awesome too, now they're bare as well, dry, and not even hot at all.  Really disappointing.  Same lack of quality and ingredients applies to the regular menu as well - chorizo fries used to be awesome, now less ingredients, less of everything.  Hope some changes can be made.

Best Item was the fries and they were warm. The wings were not crispy and tiny. I was charged extra for sauce but the sauce packaged was the wrong one.

The TRADITIONAL BUFFALO wings were super dry, over cooked and hardly had any flavor which was disappointing. Their Garlic Fries were prettytasty though. If you offered some extra buffalo sauce as an option this dish would be more desirable.

overcooked, dry.  wings used to be acceptable but more ingredients keep getting removed.  even the ranch cups got cut in half
