I usually love wingstop, however fries were overcooked and stiff. And on three of our wing boxes there were no liners. So after sitting for a while, the wings were just sitting in this grease, leaked through the bag and onto my counter top. So much grease, looks like a rush job

The wings are good but way too much grease. The grease had not only soaked through the container, but also the brown bag. I asked for extra seasoning on the fries but instead I got NO seasoning. If you're going to offer extra seasoning as an option, it should be honored. Wingstop needs to do better with quality control.
