"The order was filled very and everything I ordered was delivered and the food was warm, and very good. I hadnt ordered KFC via door dash before and it was right after 5:00pm when I ordered the food trying to avoid any delays in the food I wanted to order or having the driver delay in after work traffic on a Friday. I wanted to taste the Secret Recipe Fries since I had never had them before knowing how hard they are to keep warm, I was willing to stick them in my air fryer to reheat, and I ordered extra gravy and mashed potatoes to dip them in. I norm prefer white meat over dark meat with chicken, however KFC does a great job with their dark meat original recipe chicken, and I prefer the dark meat on the original recipe chicken over white meat, as the white meat tends to be drier than dark meat (with the exception of original recipe chicken wings). I have always been a fan of KFC original recipe chicken, pot pies, and sides, but compared to other fast food restaurants I find KFC to be very expensive. My order was $77 before DD fees and tax/tip. I will definitely order this again in the near future, and when I reheat the chicken in the microwave I make sure to heat it on 50% power for a longer period of time and I put the chicken in a ziplock FREEZER bag or use 2 regular ziplock bags inside of each other to prevent the bag from breaking open in the microwave and leaving the chicken on the glass and the bag melted) to keep the steam in the bag and keep the chicken warm throughout. "

For the first time, everything in my meal—the chicken, gravy, and biscuit—tasted overcooked or burnt. The chicken lacked the classic KFC flavor, and the gravy tasted completely off. I love that they give you the option to customize your sandwich anyway you like it and if you have any questions you can call them up and they will clarify any confusion or concerns. The sandwich are always juicy, and full of flavor. One thing I have noticed about EVERY cheesesteak sandwich I have ever ordered is they aren't heavily seasoned, if seasoned at all. You can add salt and pepper as an option ON the sandwich or get it OTS if you want it. I'm a salty girl, and I'd rather add seasonings myself after I get it rather than ask for it on the sandwich and then not have enough or too much. I use Lawry's Season salt or Hooter's season salt (which has black pepper in it) to the 1/2" slices after I get the sandwich. I also order my sandwich with extra meat and extra cheese when I order it, and the large sandwich takes me several meals to finish it as I can't eat more than 3 slices at one time, and wrap up tight and don't cut up the entire sandwich all at once so I don't risk drying the sandwich out but cutting it all up at once, and I seal in a ziplock bag to preserve the soft bread. If you order a PhillyCheesesteak sandwich from anywhere else you will NOT find anything close to how good this one is. "It might just be the new Torchys in Leander that's terrible but I won't be ordering from there again. They always mess up and the quality of food is 1 star. They have started giving 1 chicken nugget for the Fried Chicken Taco (has to cut it up just so there was a bite of chicken in each small bite. The Baja Shrimp looked gross! it was soggy and sloppy. I threw it away. The Street Corn - 1/2 came with nothing on it, and I double checked to make sure I ordered it correctly. Overall, this meal was NOT worth $70. Torchys is officially off our favorite list."
