"Not a happy customer. Husband had surgery and can't leave the house so we ordered dinner for our 25th wedding anniversary. I regret not ordering from Ambrosia instead. Actually, the spaghetti factory probably would have been better and definitely cheaper. They put the croutons in with the salad so by the time it gets delivered they're soggy. Not enough dressing for the salad and we had to use our own from home. Fusilli dish had not one drop of cream sauce and no flavor. Thankfully I had parmesan at home (that was also not included like usual) and I was able to make some sauce but that defeats the purpose of ordering dinner in. When I called, the guy kept trying to tell me that the mushrooms and spinach I added to the dish soaked up the sauce. No, sir. Those sweat liquid when cooked. There was not one drop of sauce in the container. My daughter's dish was tasty and she was thankful they have a gluten free pasta option that she said was good. My husband was not pleased with the taste or the portion size of his meal. Please work on your packaging of items and customer service. Not a great feeling to be gaslit when I called to let you know there's a problem with my dinner. Possible patrons: please do not make my same mistake, go to literally any other restaurant."

"First time ordering Panda in over a year. Was considering trying a new restaurant in town, but decided to go for quicker, cheaper, familiar. After the fact, for maybe $20 more, I could have had way more and much better tasting food.. VERY tiny portions for the price, missing at least 1/3rd of what they used to give. Orange chicken tasted fine and how it always has, but I only got maybe 5 small-sized pieces in my bowl. Beef and broccoli was maybe half a cup. Fried Rice was completely flavorless, and the chow mein was dry as hell and entirely flavorless. I used to love Panda, but I gotta take it out back after this. Plenty of recent reviews online tell me this is corporate, and everywhere, not just the location near me.
I'm not expecting a lot when ordering panda, and even my low expectations were far from met.
Even if you're just craving the taste of panda, trust me. just spend a bit more for food from an actual restaurant. You will be disappointed"

The flavor is amazing, great combinations of seasonings and spices. The entree portions are large enough to easily make 2 meals out of, or have a filling meal at reasonable prices.
