Noodle texture is nowhere as good as the former Din Tai Fungs', it's no longer hand-made and appears to be ' instant' version that is soggy in texture no matter which franchise you order from.
Fortunately, the fried rice is always a hit, and rarely disappoints.

Normally love din tai fung but was a bit disappointed tonight. this was my first delivery from din tai fung, the food was cold, the portion of the crispy pork was much less than the restaurant, and the noodles had no sauce.
