The Nash, a Modern American restaurant and bar in the middle of Downtown Houston, serves lunch, happy hour, and dinner in a lively yet laid-back atmosphere.
The pan seared snapper might've been the best fish dish that I've ever had! Everything was perfect-- textures, flavors, and cooked perfectly.
The roasted beet salad also hit the spot. The beets were delicious both plain and in the salad. I ended up adding goat cheese that I had at home, but that's a personal preference thing. It was delicious. I will definitely be ordering these two dishes regularly, probably once per week. Although, I have a feeling that I'll order twice this week because I'm already craving it again. Thank you!!!!

The salmon risotto was not risotto; it was salmon and vegetables, the person who answered the phone when I called was dismissive. The Green Goddess salad was just lettuce and a side of salad dressing (hardly worth the money).
