• 02/06/23I got the broccoli cheddar soup and a grilled cheese. The soup was delicious and the grilled cheese was good but it was a little pricey for $9.99.

• 13/12/24My food was nearly ice cold. Normally I have great experiences with Soup Works and this company has delicious food. I understand that things happen. I of course, will still continue to order from this tasty establishment. Soup Work's has one of the BEST Broccoli Cheddar and Garden Vegetable soups. Absolutely scrumptious!

• 01/02/23Very disappointed. The grilled cheese was burnt and didn't taste like cheddar cheese as advertised. The classic Caesar wasn't a classic caesar at all and was made with spinach and mixed greens with bacon instead of romaine and came with a different dressing. Overall this was a very expensive meal that was a total let down and was way overpriced.

• 14/10/25Soup was hot but lacked substance. Quesadilla was fine. My main issue is the portion size versus the price. This is what 14.99 looks like. That is before fees and tips. I understand that I asked for the delivery fee, those aren't the problem; charging that price and serving you half size food. No bueno.

• 29/01/25The Chicken Noodle Soup tasted sour. The Grilled Cheese barely had any bacon or avocado on it for a $5.50 upcharge. Highly disappointing.
