Best chicken place in Medford! Service is always excellent, and I've never had a bad order. Coleslaw was really good too! Also love the house southern sauce its really unique!

The fries were soggy in both meals. The Regular Chicken Basket, Fries & Drink had the smallest pieces of chicken. It's not worth it, in my opinion, for the price. The Western Sandwich - A La Carte was put together poorly. Ingredients were falling out of the sandwich. Poor, rushed quality. Honestly, I am disappointed. This was my first and only time ordering from here.

It was good every time then this time the fries weren't fresh but cold and hard . Chicken was ok but dry. I finally got the sauce i paid for but you really have to watch because I've paid for sauces several times and not gotten them. I was hoping to order my chicken here rather then chick filet.
I will give them a few more chances before i give up. With the promo it's a really good deal.

the chicken bacon wrap was great, as usual. really moist. the chicken tenders were wonderful - moist and a really good breading. the fries ate just the very best! crusty on the outside and again moist on the inside. Just so good.

the 3 Piece Coconut Chicken - A La Carte had three really small pieces of chicken. The Shmakin Fries had almost no chicken in it and didn't have any pimento cheese. I've ordered both of these before and am quite disappointed with the quality this time.
