Although, I did love the product, the maker was extremely stingy with the chocolate syrup.

Did not receive the portion requested for the two scoops. It seems they were running low on vanilla ice cream and put less than half a scoop into my cup. The top did not fit the actual cup for the ice cream either. My other ice cream was fine.

ice cream cake tasted old and there was about a half inch of icing covering the OREO® Cookie ½ Sheet Cake. the cones are stale. the ice cream has ice crystals. Not what I was expecting. false advertisement. looked nothing like an Oreo OREO® Cookie ½ Sheet Cake. if I wanted sprinkles I would have asked for it
