I ordered catering from Chip City for a friends gathering.
My order was on time, which helped the event run smoothly.
The packaging and presentation was neat and professional and included item labels.
The cookies were huge and very tasty.

This is my favorite cookie place but the last few times I have ordered from there using a different app and this order now - the cookies have been overcooked and hard.
Usually they are perfectly cooked - chewie in the inside with a slight crisp on the edge - but this was overcooked and over crispy all the way through.
For expensive cookies like this you expect consistency.
I hope they figure out the problem, whether the oven is running hot or they are cooking past the recipe time - something needs to be fixed.

Dairy free cookie packed in with all the chocolat chip cookies. If someone is ordering DAIRY FREE why would they be packaged with the full dairy cookies. Waste of $$ on these as they can't be eaten now due to an allergy.
