I normally love getting this place but literally my whole meal was practically burnt to a crisp, some pieces barely had any chicken on them given that the portions are massive. But unfortunately was left extremely disappointed today.

The French fries didnt have salt, but we liked that they're cute little crinkle cuts. The sides are amazing! The steam softens the chicken before it gets home to you though, so I recommend going to eat there or outside if possible. The boxes dont have ventilation if they're in a bag too which they have to be so it gets to you warm.

Best fried chicken known to mankind. I will travel far and wide for this. Be prepared for the 5. Spicy Soy Garlic if you want some heat, it will deliver.

The chicken was great! My fries were soaked in coleslaw juice because of the way it was bagged up. The 12. Fried Calamari was soggy but had good flavor.
