Coffee was hot and good, I order every day from Dunkin' Donuts, unfortunately many days there's long waits, but overall the the coffee and food items are good.

My Iced Latte was PERFECT. 
They lose stars for having to wait everytime I go in to order or even when i orderahead. They lose another because i ordered a GREEN hot tea. Yet i got a Mint tea.

I ordered a large ice coffee 6 Carmel 6 cream and I got an ice coffee in a large hot cut (much smaller than large ice cup) and the coffee is disgusting. I wasted so  much on this order for a coffee I prob can't even drink

Ordered the Spring MUNCHKINS® Donut Hole Treats Bucket and paid the extra cost for the bucket instead of the normal box, but I was just given a box but still was charged the extra for the bucket not recieved. I shouldn't have to call and be on hold just to adjust the price that should have done. It's always something here. Check your bags before you leave.....
