• 22/10/23The food is always fresh and good, but they are putting very little marinara sauce on their spaghetti. I always order and pay for extra, which is barely enough. They need to quit being so cheap with the amount of marinara sauce, they put on their food

• 03/06/23Excellent hot fresh food. Requested condiments and got more than requested – with pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese. Lasagna was hot and delicious. Love Fazoli's.!

• 27/08/25fazolis handed my foodout so I had to wait for damn near a hour and a half + and only complaint is that the bread sticks were hardand, and they didn't fill each porportion of the plate up for my Ultimate Sampler . over all tho it was tasty.

• 10/12/23Food is seasonless and they won't provide enough food. if you get any pasta dish, it will always be 90 percent pasta.

• 06/03/26I asked for extra Alfredo Sauce, it was very dry and clumped together. I had ordered the Loaded Fett, Alfredo. Normally very good, this was a big fail.
Food was placed on step in front of door which gets knocked off and drink spills out. Can't open door if something placed in front of.it.Have asked not to do that. Which is delivery persons fault not Fazzolli's
