The burger was tasty and clearly made with care but unfortunately had little bits of gristle in nearly every bite. I ended up giving it to my boyfriend, who evidently chews things much less finely than I do - he didn't notice them. If you have any textural issues with food, be forewarned.
The fries were exceptional, however, and I would probably order again just for those! Hand-cut, perfectly cooked, and well-seasoned. For some reason good fries are hard to find in this city. These were wonderful.
